This hotel is very nice and the rooms are spotless. The air con is not that effective as I found that I was always hot.
We thought the staff weren’t that friendly and never seemed to look up from what they were doing at the front desk.
The location is ideal as it’s a 7 minute walk from Termini and 15 minutes to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
I would recommend staying here.
The rooms we got were pretty big and good. They were the Deluxe room. The only negative point was the breakfast. They have not enough personnel and it was a mess. I understand the covid situation but it is not normal and acceptable to have 2 people for all the customers. Even the girl who was in the kitchen came to help in the restaurant to take orders. They staff do what they can but more people are needed. The breakfast is not for a 4 stars hotel. The bread was a shame! Alessandra, the receptionist was kind, helpful and very professional. She speaks Spanish perfectly too!
The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini > checking-in was fast > the lady at front-desk (Francesca, dont remember the name exactly!) was friendly > Nice breakfast buffet > comfortable room and clean bathroom + toilets.
Reasonable charges for modern premises, recommended for both tourist and business trips.
During my 3 night stay my sleeping clothes and UNDERWEAR have been taken from my bed and room. The reception staff was friendly at the first place, but didn’t make any affort on getting my clothes back.
I don’t mind about the material aspect. But this is creepy and unprofessional. The place is modern, but already looks used. Stains on curtains. Cocktail on rooftop 15 Euro and tasted awful. The bartender ist also a very special Person. Card payment „didn’t work“. I’m sorry but is this a 4-Star Hotel or a Youth Hostel? I would not book this place again.
