My family and I stayed 2 nights for the first time at this hotel. The staff were very polite, observant and showed a lot of initiatives. This is consistent everywhere, from concierge, to check in, to restaurants and chambermaids. The customer service here is even better than some of the club level at other hotels. My family was pleasantly impressed! We will definitely return again. The breakfast served were very good with quite a variety to choose from. Highly recommended!
Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Capital. Nice roomy rooms (we were upgraded to grand deluxe room). Good bar with excellent rum selection. A shout out to the excellent breakfast choice of local n western. Highly recommend staying for staycation or tourist in the future!
We had a staycation on 13-14 May and was thoroughly impressed by the service rendered by the team. They went all out to help me with my laptop connectivity issue and check in was a breeze as well. Food at 15 Stamford was great as well and the service team checks with the guest on service and food without being intrusive. Highly recommended, worth the price paid.
Stayed on the last day of phase 2 (HA). Everything from checking in to luggage, ordering in room dining, food options and services were great! Special thanks to Lydia who is attentive to our needs. Stayed in deluxe room with bathtub…. AMAZING. Breakfast variety were there but food were cold when it arrived in our room ( understandable as dine in was not allowed yet), but taste could be improved.
Room was overall great but only down side was there was no view. Booking of swimming pool was a breeze…. The pool is quite small, so advance booking is definitely recommended

Really good service during our staycation! The hotel is clean and safe distancing measures were emphasized throughout.
The rooms were amazing and we had a little tent from Decathlon that was setup by the hotel so that our boy could sleep in. It was a really cool and different experience.
At the end of the hotel stay, we even got to keep the sleeping bag by Decathlon and our boy was really happy with it.
