The Britannia Hotel Comments

  1. Beautiful and very clean hotel. Very central – everywhere for tourist attractions were in walking distance! Staff very helpful and
friendly! We had an executive room with terrace – very private and quiet!

    Strongly recommend!
Even given a smart phone to use through out the stay!
Good air conditioning. Marvellous shower. Good choice of food for breakfast!

  2. Very nice and cozy little hotel close to the train station in Rome. The hotel or at least the building it’s in is quite old as you might expect from many places in Rome. That said, you can expect rooms to be lacking in spaciousness. The elevator is tiny and the stairwell isn’t much better. Aside from the coziness, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the room was stocked with plenty of amenities including a cell phone you could use for personal use which allowed you to make international calls if so desired. I didn’t get to fully experience the breakfast the hotel offered, but I did get a taste of it on my way out on an excursion and the food was fantastic. The hotel isn’t located super close to most of Rome’s best sites and the immediate vicinity doesn’t have the best restaurant choices but it isn’t super far either. It’s a great choice for a stay in Rome if you’re fine with the location.

  3. This was a very Nice room with a great location. it was nicely located to walking distance to the bus and train stop. There we also plenty of shops and Copos with in walking Distance. The Breakfast here was also very good thought it was interesting they had the complementary and one where you could place orders.

  4. Had a wonderful stay a couple of years ago and look forward to visiting again in the future
