Not good value for money at all. Very small rooms. The location is good though.
It is close to train and metro station so if you would like to visit some places outside Izmir then location is great, but if you focus on the city then it is a little far from sea, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is very uneven and differ every day.
We stayed one night here on our way to south with our family dog. The hotel is clean, well designed. Suite room was spacious, we fitted in as a family of 4. All hotel personnel was professional and willing to help. Room service was also good. We enjoyed our stay very much!
The reason I gave a 4 is the location. That can be perfect if you want to be in the center of the city, but I would prefer to stay in a more residential location on a family trip.
I dont recommend this Hotel anymore. I was treated like trash because some other (maybe rich) costumer came. The women on the reception first ignored me. I said i was first. And she rolled her eyes and apologized to the other costumer, and then he said no shes right she was first after that she was getting my card for the check out and rolled her eyes. Excuse me you can apologize to me too if your ignoring me. The other Costumer even said i was right.
She didnt say anything where i was outside she said again excuse me to him. For what?
It was not the first time i was there i was 3 times there.
It will be my last.
Artık hiç tavsiye etmiyorum. Servisniz çok kötü olmuş. Çok üzüldüm. İlk sefer sizin otelinize gelmemiştim. Ama bu son olacak. Böyle bir terbiyesizlik başka otelerde yaşamadım.
