Beautiful place with rather unfriendly staff
The facilities of the hotel are pristine and in the spa they’re going above and beyond to make you feel good. Comfy beds and great covid regulation. BUT: Very unfriendly service – the lady at the reception did not make me feel welcome at all – rather like an intruder that had to be kept off guard. Friendliness is a huge thing for me – especially in hotels. Hence I wouldn’t book here anymore.
This hotel is absolutely fabulous. Fresh modern and inspiring design – a great rooftop and a beautiful breakfast room.
