We have no reservations about picking this hotel for our family holiday because they much surpassed our expectations. The staff is very welcoming, and they went over and above to make sure we had a nice time during our staycation. My family and I were very happy, and we have no reservations about selecting this hotel for our family holiday! It is strongly recommended!
I never write reviews but I must for this. Not only did I love the room and the location but I met the best customer service staff. I had a situation with the person I was traveling with and the hotel staff and bar staff helped me so much! They were so kind and understanding and helped me every inch of the way and made sure I was able to safely find another accommodation near by. Next time I come to Miami I will be staying here again (just not with the crazy girl I came with!!). I have never encountered customer service to this level and I truly believe if it was another hotel, the situation would be handled differently and not as helpful. I’m so appreciative of this staff.
Other than amazing staff, I loved the location! It was so close to everything. Some places you could walk to and some places like Brickell or Wynwood was only a 5 min drive away. The rooms were clean and so cute! And the hotel itself was so beautiful. If you like taking pictures, you would love all the cute little backdrops they have here.
The property is beautiful, with lots of plants and places to lounge. The bedrooms were a bit bare minimum (no tv, only two towels, basic shower) but it was perfect for sleeping and getting ready- we didn’t need much beyond what we brought. The pool was a bit dirty and the sheets were slightly stained but overall a very nice experience.
I’ve named the property cat Augustus (Gus for short). He is beautiful. I will miss him.
The location was nice as well, very close to everything in Miami but The Wharf (across the river) plays obnoxiously loud (but admittedly good) music all night.
A big plus was the property and parking lot being gated- though parking inside it overnight costs.
All the employees were very nice as well.
After many years this is still a special restaurant to celebrate an event or a special evening. The main dining room remains formal, the food is exquisite, and the service is still astounding with just the right combination of thoughtful and well-trained staff. We have enjoyed many milestones here, and it is definitely worth the try!
