Worst experience I’ve had!! Vdara secret suites has a flawed booking system that allows you to double book for the same day. Upon arrival they denied my stay since someone else had it reserved and only offered me to come back another time and give a refund. Worst customer service experience and they will not take care of you at their fault. So if you plan to have a stressful trip when going to Vegas be my guest and book with Vdara secret suites.

Ford”s suite on the 42 floor was perfect! It had everything we needed and then some! Plenty of space and the hotel staff and housekeeping was at tentative to our needs! Will definitely book again when the shows start up again!
I highly recommend staying in one of the secret suites, especially if you’re going to Vegas with friends or family. The two bedroom suite I had was very spacious, clean, and it felt like it was home away from home. From having free valet, having your own kitchen with plenty of kitchenware, and not being too far from the strip, you can’t beat the secret suites. The views are phenomenal and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the owner of the suites is one of the nicest and most accommodating people you can meet. It definitely won’t be my last time staying in one of the secret suites.
