My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Rome Marriott Grand Hotel Flora. The service we received from the Front desk, Concierge desk and Doormen was exceptional. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Rome. I would like to recognize and thank the Concierges, Stephania and Davide for their outstanding service and recommendations. You were both very kind and extremely helpful. Additionally, I would like to thank and recognize Gabriele and Ana at the Front desk. Your service was also remarkable. Both of you were always pleasant and willing to accommodate our requests. The Doormen were very professional and very efficient in obtaining taxis for us. These individuals are examples of what makes a Marriott hotel so special and a desired place to stay!!
We stayed there for more than a week while in Rome. The room with a balcony was nice but somewhat small for American standards as it is very downtown. It is well located for Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and the US embassy! The cleaning staff was the best at this hotel, very nice when she realized we were long term guests!
Overall not a bad hotel. It took me a bit to get my room straight since I arrive several hours earlier than expected. The room was spacious and neat. Close to lots of sites.
