Unfriendly staff upstairs, we were promised a seat with a view but it was given to two other people. There are only two spots with a view, the rest of the space is pretty underwhelming. When we asked to sit at the promised table when the other couple left the waiters were rude and acted annoyed. The prices for drinks are much too high; 8 euros for a cup of coffee. If there would have been a view I would understand. So do yourself a favor and don’t go 🙂
I have stayed at Relais Fontana for three nights and would totally recommend the hotel. The service is great, the staff is very friendly and considerate; and the prices are super low even though the very central location. View from room to Trevi fountain.
Literally right around the corner from the fountain and next to a bunch of restaurants and gelato. Excellent location because it feels equidistant or close to every landmark and the metro. Nice quiet rooms and friendly staff with great english.
Just settled in – amazing hotel, great view. The staff is very helpful and there is very little noise from outside. Incredibly happy with this place!
