I always stay in this hotel whenever I go to Ankara.
Temiz odalar, covid19 tedbirlerine uygun, kahvalti fena değildi, resepyonist ve tüm calişanlar cok ilgililerdi.
The rooms were so cleaned and this hotel was so involved in the rules as regards Covid-19 virus. Besides, the breakfast was somehow good. Additionally, all of the personnel was so kind and generous. To sum up, should I come to Ankara habitually, I definitely stay in this hotel no matter looking for others hotels.
merkezi otel Kızılay yurume mesafesinde, iyi kahvaltı, genis odalar, calısanların cok ilgili olması, covid-19 virusunde gereken tedbirleri fazla alması( giriste ates olcumu, odaların en az 24 saat bos bırakılması, carsaf yastık ve diger malzemelerin her gun degisip yıkanması vb.) harika bir otel her yonuyle tavsiye ederim.
EN: this hotel is located in the city center of Ankara. As regards to destination this hotel is so closed to Kızılay which is considered to be city center of Ankara. This hotel provided a wide variety of breakfast, the rooms were so big and comfortable. The personnel was so kind and generous. What is more, this hotel is concerned with covid-19 virus as well as they have to take strict measures before completing your check-in. To exemplify with these; before check-in the receptionist wanted you to fill out a form to write HES code. Secondly they want to measure your body temperature; besides, the utensils inside of the room like pillow, blankets are washed everyday. This hotel is so superb based upon what I have written above.
Terrible. I had a very strange and bad experience at the hotel they changed my room without asking me and moved my stuff and claimed that this was my room from the beginning!!!! Only because I left my papers and money in the safe of the first room they have apologised for the move no one has explanation for. The internet was non existing (fake wifi comes and goes). The only thing that is good in this hotel was the location everything else was below average. I dont recommend it to anyone
