Good price for the quality of service and for the location, but the room seemed a little better advertised on Booking than it was in reality.

Fabulous experience. Location was outstanding (a quick walk to so much culture) Staff went out of their way to help clients gladfull. Service with a smile, helpful and great attention to detail. The hotel was excellent.in covid 19 time it is good to see how they care clean more than us 🙂 safe family hotel ! recommend upper seaview rooms to sense ISTANBUL best ..

Nice little hotel close to most touristy spots. The staff at the reception was very friendly and they greeted me at the door and brought my luggage inside. The rooftop patio had a nice view. It can get a bit noisy in the early morning because there’s a water distribution centre next door and people get noisy there. I arranged a vip pickup service. The driver communicated well and was on time for pick up. However the driver’s associate Harun tried to rip me off by trying to sell prepaid simcard for a much higher price than it should be. Please be aware of that if you experience something similar. Taking 2 stars off because of this bad experience.
