In terms of modernity was definitely the best one we had in Thailand.
Position is good to visit the Old Town by walking, staff is friendly and prepared, our room was big and clean, with hot shower.
If I have to say couple of cons, I would say no window in the room and no elevator but given we stayed only one night it was def not a big deal for us.
Incredible value. Family owned and run- very friendly and helpful. No gym or restaurant. Great location- old town is entirely walkable.
I really love the decoration, hospitality and convenience. Next time, I will come back soon.
Nice staff, clean room but the big problems are the noises from water pump that is very loud when someone uses water (it means all day all night.) and the construction sound nearby without caution.
It is the problematic issue of the Phuket city that does not have the noise control act.
Before we decided to stay here one night, we planned to sleep at Ibis or Novotel but both of them have the construction noise from the mall behind too. However they understand it is noise at least so they told us.
This hotel didn’t tell us before.
If you plan to go around Phuket, I recommend you to stay around the beach side and take 20-30 mins to travel in the city without staying.
