Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay Singapore Comments

  1. Whole place feels very new & refreshing! Excellent view of the bay from the rooms! There’s filtered drinking water tap in the bathroom to re-fill our bottles. Gym is very new & clean! The pool is open but there’s still some construction around the pool side area. Overall very nice place!

  2. The room was delayed and not ready for more than an hour closer to two; apart from a free drink at the lounge, my SO and I was allowed to check out one hour later than the designated check out timing.

Otherwise, the room service was stellar and the view in the room and at the swimming pool was beautiful. The gym was well equipped too.

  3. An amazing stay in this really pretty hotel! This newly revamped hotel kept the old structure of Marina Mandarin but its renovated interiors were refreshing and do follow the garden theme the hotel is going for. You can even hear the birds chirping at the lobby!

Very impressed with the newly refurbished rooms as well – They were very spacious and the colour scheme was great. The in-room amenities were sufficient too. Loved how they provided filtered drinking water instead of plastic bottles! Plus points for sustainability 🙂

Initially given a connecting room where the neighbouring room’s guests were very noisy and slamming on our doors/walls past 10.30pm.. We called the front desk and the duty manager (Jonathan) provided really good service in search of a new room for my Mom and I to ensure we would be able to have a good rest!

Opted for the stay that includes breakfast for two at Peppermint. The staffs there were very attentive and helpful!

Had high tea at the Atrium as well and it was a very chill environment but could tell one of the waiter was inexperienced as he messed up our coffee orders and spilled our drinks but generally, the food was great and for the price you pay, you do get a lot of variety!

Overall, very impressed with the service and ambience of Park Royal.

  4. First time stay at the hotel, queue to check in from 4.30pm, understandable that there is long queue. Finally 5.30pm come to our turn however i am totally disappointed that the i was told that the room is not ready and the reception counter told us have to wait up to one hour.

When we see the review of the hotel is good. But turn up is not as good as what it is.

  5. 3 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star hotel. Quality of offering and service needs major upgrading. To rate this as a five star in comparison to MBS or Mandarin Oriental is a massive disservice to these fine hotels.

Only plus us that managers are willing to listen but it seems they do not have the
    resources to make the changes.
