First trip w/o kids for my wife and I in some time.
My daughter broke her leg 3 days before our stay. Surgery required. Had to fly home. Called hotel and could provide evidence. (I’m sure some people lie about stuff like this.) They were “very sorry” but still charged full freight at $745 €/NT. Marriott said they could not do anything about it.
Hard to recommend a place where the management has no empathy. For a “top rated” property, they should score 0.

A unique hotel in the heart of Venice. Excellent service and very comfortable rooms ! I can only recommend it very strongly. A big thank you to Silvia, Luca and Michele for making my wife’s 30th birthday very magical. We feel blessed and very lucky. Thank you ????????❤️
Outdated Stark design, breakfast quality needs improvement. Not 5 Star level Hotel. Friendly service, good location. Terrasse rooms are the nicest.
Everything was great, but twice before my arrival I called and asked for feather free room and it was never done, so I stopped staying there. Service needs improvement
