I really like the place and the Front office staff was really nice and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely will go again.
The place where the hotel is situated is not very quiet. Disturbing construction noise can be experienced throughout the day. Some receptionists were very helpful and welcoming but some are not. One of the rooms that I booked was with a broken hot water shower. Most of the staff can speak English. The lift was broken one day and had to climb four floors using steps. The location is good because supermarkets and shopping complexes can be accessed easily.
I love it coz in the heart of KL there is still a room for less than RM50/night.It is much more better that OYO Kajang and Tawau which are way more than RM50..!
