Terrible. cockroaches and bed bugs all over. Broken furniture, missing utilities, and the place is something out of a horror movie… flickering lights in the hallways… eerie sounds from the neighbors… The photo on the website? Was taken 18 years ago… The bank is gone the restaurants closed, the gym mothballed forever! Left in the middle of the night!
Very very dirty and lots of pests and bugs i don’t understand why they have a 3 star rating. The staff are very cold and unfriendly,, i was shocked that on agoda has many positive reviews while the whole truth could be found on Booking.com reviews would never recommend to anyone
This is the worst worst hotel we have ever seen in our life.. and the worse staff.. the room was full of coakroaches…everywhere!!!it entered even our food. Inside the toilet, in the bed literally everywher and I’m not even exaggerating!! The hotel was So disgusting !!!there was no bathroom slippers, no wash towel.when We complained about the coakroaches to the staff, their attitude was very rude and arrogant, as if the fault was with us.. their reply was “coakroaches are there in every room”!!! Can u even imagine how a staff can talk like this ??!! There were other customers also near the reception who was complaining about the same and the staffs attitude was very very bad.He was not even ready to apologise.All of us finally decided to call ‘baldiya’ and complain. It was when things heated up the guy at the reception apologised for the sake of not complaining. We made complain and thankfully the police arrived and asked us the problms. And promised us one heavy fine would b given by baldiya.. we had to go from the place as we were late. And it was not even one person, 5-6 customers together complained to police. I hope they got a heavy fine and have learnt a good lesson.. please anyone who sees this, don’t ever don’t ever book your room in this disgusting hotel. It will b the worst experience. I do not even want to give 1 star!!
