  1. We had been driving for 14 hours and exhausted. Harold the clerk that helped us was amazing. We needed a room on the bottom floor close to parking and went above and beyond to make sure we got a room we needed. Then he personally brought some delivery menus to our door personally so we could get food delivered. He was the most friendly and respectful hotel clerk I’ve met so far.

  2. When I checked in there was a long line due to a couple people giving the front desk a hard time! Harold came out and welcomed everyone and advised he would be with us as quickly as possible! He was a breath of fresh air! He was joking with us and keeping us laughing and just all around amazing person! I even let 3 people Pass me up so I could have him check me in! He is definitely the epitome of customer service. The only bad thing was the internet doesn’t work!

  3. I had the most amazing stay here even so much the curtsy of the front Desk staff where unbelievable and where able to give me a later check out time completely free of cost! I will absolutely be coming back to stay here i felt more at home than ever experienced at any Las Vegas hotel/casino in my many trips to Las Vegas Thanks!! “Selena and Asenet” front/Desk employees who are fantastic ????

  4. This is best option if you want to live near strip with affordable price. Rooms are excellent, nearby lots of restaurant options, on main street so no security concerns. Only concern we had, sometimes cleaning staff dosent do proper cleaning and rooms had no Refrigerator which was expected during summer. Rest all great
