The hotel is very nice and it is super quiet, the staff and the reception are so nice and they speak English, they recommend some good places for me to visit.

This is a very good hotel, in the heart of Izmir. It is comfortable and clean, with some nice design touches. The staff are very helpful, in particular Ersun (reception) who is a very good English speaker. There is also a great deal of choice for breakfast, from the well displayed buffet. I spent about a week here and would recommend this place.
My husband and I came to Konak for the weekend for is birthday and the morning of his birthday at breakfast he was presented with a lovely cake. The staffs attention to detail and their hospitality is the highest quality. Beautiful rooms and decor throughout the hotel would definitely stay again …
Hotel is very clean ,and tidy but the friendly and polite manner of personnels is more predominate I will use this hotel in my next visit of Izmir and recommend to all family and business passengers
The hotel should have been rated as 5 STAR and no less. It was given a 4 star rating for its limited numbers of rooms and for not providing lunches and diners. Staff spoke good English, very helpful and extremely pleasant and welcoming. Rooms exceptionally clean and very comfortable. In fact that hotel is very new and as I am told the best of its kind in the area. It is located in the old town, very close to the local shops, the main bazaar and a short walk to the sea. I honestly could not fault that hotel. Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff and fantastic customer service.
Honestly, in the past 5 days ive been to 5 hotels. This is the best hotel. Super friendly staff, good rooms given the price, and pristine location.
Food is amazing…. Staff is handy… Perfectly clean.. only noises near the road make it bad…
