This hotel will not let you check in before 17:00 (5PM) which is very late for a family with kids. Especially during a lockdown when all of Lyon is closed. Only if you pay €30 will they let you check in ealier – although the hotel was almost empty.
In addition we paid for breakfast for 4 people and in our confirmation from hotels.com it was indeed stated that we had paid for 4 breakfast. However, they only delivered 2 breakfast and were super rude about it when I called (they did not pick up the phone until 10am which was long after breakfast time).
I do not recommend this hotel.
Rude staff and bad hotel concept where they prioritize what is good and convenient for the HOTEL not for the paying GUESTS. Over priced place. Will not come back!
