Worse place i have ever stayed.anywhere! 2 stars for the staff…the rest is shocking. Photos are misleading and unless you want to holiday around groups of creepy sub continent males that are in tour groups, then skip the place…
The only people that think this place is good are people that wouldnt know a good hotel if it hit them in the face.

Great hospitality! I have a good time staying at Mercure Pattaya for 2 weeks. The room is great, clean, and comfy to stay. The staff is attentive and service-minded. They also performed their job with strict sanitation and hygiene practice. The food, here, is amazing especially local cuisine.
