I have total of 3 stays in 6 months with MO. Each time never failed to make a great stay. Thanks for the thoughtful surprise for celebrated occasions. The hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is always more than satisfactory. Overall a big thumb up to all the service stuff for making each stay a memorable one. Definitely will visit again!
The view from the Deluxe Ocean View room was par excellent. Customer service from all staff was excellent, making me feel welcome and happy. Breakfast was served efficiently and the quality and choices of food were very good. The pool was great and nice, and service staff even served ice water. The late check-out at 6 pm was a real treat! Will be glad to return one day! Keep up the good work ????
Overall, the stay is fantastic. The view is fabulous and the service is excellent.
Upon arrival, the bell-hop is very helpful in his handling of our luggage.
The receptionist (Debbie) is very courteous and friendly and patient in explaining the details of the hotel and the facilities it can offer.
The entire process is seamless and efficiently carried out.
The room we have chosen faces the Marina Bay and the skyline is amazing.
However, the shower area is rather cramped and the space is too small.
The breakfast has a wide variety and the staff were very helpful in their service and attentiveness.
My wife and I were well taken of from start to check-out.
I will definitely return for a second visit.
Such a pleasant experience; from check-in to check out, everything was seamless! Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. The view from our room was really nice.
Staff at breakfast service were awesome. Robyn was welcoming and such a professional. Food was good!

I had a terrific time at Mandarin Oriental. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring all our needs were met with the best service. We felt welcomed and taken care of! Breakfast was delicious and the generous portions more than sufficient. Pool views, drinks and service were a delight! Loved the view of the room, that scanned the entire bay area! 🙂 Very satisfied customer for sure!
