Such a sweet hostel in Lyon but not enough clean. Staff is very friendly and breakfast is not very wide but enough. Location is not close to city center but you can walk 10-15 minutes.
I stayed for two nights in a room for 6, and one in a private room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The common space was also very comfortable and welcoming; lively and full of interesting people. A workers cooperative, this place has a knowledgeable and welcoming staff who go the extra mile which offsets it’s being a bit rough around the edges at times.
Also I should mention that the neighbourhood in which it’s located is a nice working class area, with quite a few nice restaurants and cafes around.
A bit crowded but nice overall!
