Very disappointed in this La Quinta. Our room was on the 1st floor, which is downstairs. There are no elevators, so luggage had to be carried down a flight of 12 steps. Wanted to take a shower, however no wash cloths in bathroom, had to wait for housekeeping to deliver. Next morning gave housekeeping dirty towels, they were to bring fresh ones. Towels never came, so after 3 rd call @ 7:00 p.m. was told they were out of towels & we never received any, therefore couldn’t shower! No coffee machine, TV didn’t work, bathroom sink clogged, no plastic glasses in bathroom, dirty carpet. We checked out early, no manager there. Front desk checkout person either blamed everything on COVID or had no response, only told us to have safe travels!!
The room was dirty. There was a brown, thick stain on the side of the mattress under the fitted sheet. There was mold is the ceiling of the shower and the showers made a loud noise when the water was on. I could hear the neighbors and the person above me everytime they were in the shower. Dirty hotel. Never again.
