A decent place to stay with good value and great location, it’s just located opposite King’s Cross Station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to explore. Room is clean and tidy just that it might look a bit old as it has been there for ages. Staff are friendly and helpful too, was asking them for direction and they explained in details to me. Not the best hotel near King Cross railway station but the one that offer the best value for short duration of stay.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Awful hotel, management was nothing but rude. Came back to our room after checking in, whole floor was soaking with water from air conditioning. Soaking the outside of my suit case, some clothes and makeup inside. Damaged the dress I was hoping to wear that night. No compensation was offered, only swapped my room due to the wet flooring. Was told if I wasn’t happy to leave the hotel. Disgusting service as i’m left now with damaged items. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told this was not possible. Despite multiple items being damaged as an result of the hotel fault. No precautions were taken for covid 19 either, no staff members wearing masks and rubbish left outside the corridors.
Location was great and staff were really helpful and friendly. Good value for money.
Room was clean, Bathroom was what you would expect for the price range and location. Very low water pressure on hand washing taps, shower was wierd water went everywhere but good enough for a wash. Toiletries supplied. Check in was easy and pleasant, key card entry on main door so can return at any hour without being locked out
