Very hot rooms. I asked them to look at the air conditioner but they never did. When I went down to the lobby at midnight because I was sweating laying in bed I asked if they had a fan and was told no. I was told to open the window. So either be hot with little noise or be cooler with a lot of noise and the blinds open. Outside was no cooler than the inside, so it was no help.
Very good value for money! We stayed at this hotel at October 2013 and we returned back in November 2019! It is located at a very good area of Izmir, the rooms are very nice with beds – mattresses of hig quality and all the essential. It has an amazing breakfast buffet with big variety! All he areas are sparkling clean. At some point a renovation at the bathrooms will be needed, these are all time classic but they need a new touch. The staff is speaking English fluently and very prompt to meet our needs. Thank you for the hospitality, this hotel will certainly be suggested to our friends visiting Izmir!
