  1. – Toilet in room is very old and dirty.
    – Staff is not helpfull.
    – The service at the pool is poor.
    – The food is very bad, old and just full of bacteries!!!
    – The evening meal time is just 1 hour long. Besides that, the rows in the restaurant are too long.
    – There are literaly no original drinks; all the drinks are chemical.
    To close off with the positive points of this hotel:
    – room cleaning service is good.
    – the place of the hotel is perfect.

  2. Great location. Starbucks next to it, Cleopatra beach in front of it. Lots of shops nearby. Good value for money

  3. The hotel is very close the beach. No need for transport. It is located just behind a beach front park. The facilities are good. The food is superb. They have a have big swimming pool.
    Staff are excellent when serving . Some staff at entrance bar just need to be more professional especially around women.
