We enjoyed staying here as the service was excellent for the money we paid. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.
It is located right next to Istiklal Street, that means you have access to all types of public transportation, could be noisy though.
For what you pay … this hotel is fantastic!
This is obviously a budget hotel so the rooms are absolutely tiny. But you get what you pay for so you can’t expect the Ritz Carlton!
The staff are friendly and very helpful! The rooms are modern and they have air con.
The rooms are not sound proof and they could be a bit cleaner I.e. the cleaners need to get into the nooks and crannies and clean the corners and edges a bit more. But I’m a neat freak so maybe other people wouldn’t even notice this because on the whole, the level on cleanliness is very high.
I would stay again and recommend others to stay here on the basis that you are paying an incredibly fair price for a prime location. So you cannot expect all the trappings of a five star hotel. I’d rate this hotel as a three star hotel.
