Warm welcome by staff at the counter, and also pleasant stay in the hotel. Interior was clean and we especially love the bathroom! Would come back again
The hotel is clean and design is very soothing and family like. Forgot to take some photos. TV is like huge. I think it is suitable for couples and families but not for friends sharing the same room because the toilet doors are like see through. Love their toiletries, very nice to use and they even have lotions. There is even a cute tea set provided for people who likes to do tea appreciation. Definitely recommended. Price per night is very reasonable and near the train station and plaza singapura about 5 minutes walk.
Sound isolation of rooms has to be improved drastically. Able to hear all sorts of noise from the corridor and even neighbouring rooms. Construction is ongoing opposite the hotel, which aggravates matters. Did not have a good rest at all throughout my stay.
Beautiful hotel, small but neat and very clean. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and efficient.
The Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel( you can access it from the hotel lobby ) is very decent.
