  1. I stayed there with my family in December. It was a great experience. The guy at the front desk Cem was so helpful , he did quick check in and he was smiling all the time. Room was brand new. When I spoke with housekeeping, they told me that they renovated all building and rooms. My opinion they should be 5 star hotel. Breakfast was clean and great. We really enjoyed our stayed there. The thing we really liked, it is brand new hotel. Pillows, bed were so comfortable. If we come back Ankara again for sure we are going to stay at Izz Otel.
