Service and facilities are absolutely amazing, except for in the restaurants. They do their job and nothing else. Food was minimally portioned and not ultra amazing. Especially for the high price they carry.
Pool was phenomenal, check in and check out could not have been better. Amazing and super friendly staff. Made me not want to leave.
Stayed in the executive suit for one night. A bit disappointed the food that had at the Horizon Club. No green, food is dry, they served cheese but no cracker, the signature cocktail is too funny. But I have to say the service is super good, staff are friendly.
And we had breakfast at The Petrus, it was nice. And service was super good too.
Room was big, well maintained.
Swimming pool was smaller than I thought, but was nice they had ice-cream provided.
And ordered room service, it was on time. We had burger, chef salad, grilled salmon and lobster bisque. the lobster bisque and salmon are way too salty.
