No micro wave on the whole property ,that’s poor
Our family of 3 checked in last Feb 24. We were able to avail of their promo inclusive of buffet breakfast for 2. The Deluxe room is really spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has many selections. We really like the smell inside the entire room. The staff members also are all accommodating, they would respond to our request immediately. Highly recommended!
Location is perfect! Hotel is gorgeous! Front desk staff is nice. My husband & I are currently staying at this location. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair but can still drive with special tools. The ramps located out front are too steep and he can not get up them with out help. Valet is $53.99 a night, however the valet team parks the high profile cars on the blue line so that means my husband can’t get in and out of the car where it’s clearly marked for handicap only , 2 nights in a row we had to wait on them to move a car just so he could get in and out which is a big inconvenience & let’s not forget $53.99 a night only for us to park and have to wait. Secondly, we are staying 4 nights, the first night we began to cough and sneezing out of nowhere. I happened to be watching a movie and noticed black stains in the inside of the blanket, which appears to be mold. Which explains us coughing & sneezing. I paid $1,300 cash at check in along with $415.00 deposit. I notified the front desk and he sent someone to change the bed & offered to take off the valet parking for one night. They didn’t have another room to move us too. My husband stated that it was unacceptable & it should been some money returned. We are big on customer service and quality because we run a business. The stay here was immaculate. The staff were extremely nice. They kept our room clean and tidy our entire stay. The views at the pool, rooftop lounge, and fitness area overlooking Hollywood is breath taking. The food was delicious. Each dish was freshly prepared and served hot. The elevator access was easy and it was never a wait. Whenever I travel to Los Angeles this is the only place I will stay.
This place is amazing. Wonderful views, gorgeous, beautiful people everywhere, great staff. They front desk staff named christian was really helpful in accommodating my family when the ac broke in the room. We were swiftly moved to an upgraded room.
One of the best hotel stays ever. Will definitely return.
