My experience Was amazing I had a great time the room I stayed in was beautiful and clean. Staff was every nice Mark Johnson was very professional and helpful he answered a lot of questions that I had about the area and said whatever we needed we could just give them a call so that was very helpful. Overall everything was great !
I had an amazing an experience. They were so nice. The place I was staying at matched the description and pictures. I had a had an amazing view and love the space. I didn’t want to leave. They we helpful. Always answers the phone and answered any questions I had. I would definitely use them again next time I plan to stay in Miami!
This place was extravagant. The room was extremely clean, the living room, kitchen and everything else was well kept. The customer service was great as well. I was accompanied by Clarissa who helped me with everything I needed at all times. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back!
The staff (especially Clarissa) was amazing and went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. There was an issue with check in(no fault of theirs) and Clarissa was quick to solve the problem and get us settled into a different room. All in all great management and a great experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a longer stay in the Miami area!
