DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL! Made my reservation 2 months in advance and they cancelled it a week before I was supposed to arrive. I called the customer service to get my reservation transferred to another location and they would only offer me the standard published rates, no upgrades.
I stayed here for couple of times. Staff was very kind and services at the hotel was very nice.
Bar 54 the best part of it. It’s roof top bar on 54 floor with amazing scenic views of New York downtown and Times Square.
We are staying for 4 nights and so far the experience has been just OK. Could not get the room of choice , but more than that its the service which has been not up to the mark so far. The ice machine was not working on our floor and was out on a couple of other floors too and had to try few other floor to get the ice. We tried to call the reception/Guest service many times but the call was never answered and ultimately decided to go down to the lobby. I had high expectations from Hyatt, but i guess it will take some time for them to ramp up the level of services and bring it to pre-covid level.
Friendly staff there to help! Told us about activities and happenings. Room was very nice. Comfortable beds and pillows not to mention QUIET! Would stay there again. Highly recommended
