Not greeted at all on arrival, staff rude and unapproachable resulting in us having to navigate excursions alone.
Wanted to eat at hotel restaurant and had the menu thrown across the bar at us with hand gestures and aggressive demeanour!
Wrong room was given a twin when booked a double, when requested a change told simply “NO”
Room dated, dirty, broken shower button and broken TV! None of which fixed when highlighted
Terrible hotel I am shocked that this level of service exists

Nice hotel. But breakfast was terrible. We where staying there for five days, all days was the same food. But the worst was quality of food prepared on site.
Low price for cozy and clean room.
Buffet breakfast was fine and tasty.
