Wonderful historical structure, good place for comfortable stay in reasonable price, nice location, near water bus station for easy approach to other locations, many opportunities for photography around here, Gendola rides available at very close area, recommend it, must visit during Venice trip.
Location OK. Air conditioning is terrible. It was between 28.8 and 29.1 degrees Celsius the whole night.
The price on booking is fake: it is made very expensive, to be able to give a discount while on the other platforms that final price is the normal price.

Pay attention to the room you are assigned before you pay!!! The advertising photos are very different from reality. Our room was very old and worn. Staff at the reception not all friendly.
Beautiful and affordable hotel next to Piazza St. Marco. Room with the balcony has a view to the canal…great. The interior is how I imagine a venezian house/room with big chandelier, gold and dark wooden furniture
