Modern hotel with big rooms, nice location. Breakfast is delicious – not just bread, butter and jam
Absolutely perfect in terms of the room, location, and staff. Few issues that take away from what is otherwise a true five-star experience: (1) Euro 5 to deliver room service; first time I see a delivery charge in a 5-star hotel… just looks bad! (2) No coffee machine in the room… annoying! And if I order a coffee I’m charged Euro 5 just for it to be delivered! (3) Limited room service menu… again unusual for 5-stars. Anyway, I would stay here again, but will bring my own coffee ????
Great People starting by LUIGI, reception staff very friendly and very fast i was checked in 5mins. Room is great,street view, projector TV with many channels, room service have excellent burger! Location is superb, and has a metro stop near by. Probably be my place to stay every time i come to Barcelona!
