What an awesome quaint little hotel! We stayed 3 nights, May 21-May – 24, 2019. The continental breakfast was excellent! The girl keeping it stocked was very friendly, and made sure we had our cutlery and a napkin when we sat down, very attentive! Front desk staffed were friendly and very helpful! Our room was beautiful, room 103. The rooftop patio was the icing on the cake! Within walking distance of everything you want to see or need, and yet quiet and out of the way. Wow, just wow! Would highly recommend this little hotel, and I’m very fussy!
Very helpful staff. The receptionist went out of her way to help us book train and bus tickets when there was a national strike on. Nice room, good breakfast and friendly staff.
Overall our experience was very good. Rooms and bathrooms updated and fully functional. Staff was very helpful. A bit far from St.Marks Sq. Lovely church across the canal bridge. Nearby local grocery stores have tasty pizza for a midnight snack. Would use again.
Definitely the best hotel we stayed at in our visit to Europe. The staff is lovely and will do everything so your stay is perfect. Rooms are super clean, excellent location, very good rates, breakfast is super good. We felt like celebrities. Stay without hesitation.
Very good hotel for a reasonable price. The room was beautiful and had everything that was needed and the staff was very helpful and spoke perfect English. The localization was also good – right next to the Vaporetto stop.
A very nice hotel right by the Santa Lúcia train station. Clean and quiet room. A great breakfast buffet and friendly staff make this hotel perfect for a nice getaway.
