Ate here last night. Stunning setting and lovely staff. The view of the Basilica from their terrace is truly stunning. Would love to return one day, my lobster was beautifully cooked.
We spent a wonderful week-end there a few days ago. Incredible atmosphere, with view on the Grand canal, gondolas, vaporetto, so delicious breakfast on the sunny terrasse and very kind, professional and efficient staff. we Look forward to coming back as soon as possible! We Fully recommend this very nice place.

Lovely on the canal location. Perfect room and affordable option for hotel; large comfy bed with twice daily room cleaning, lovely bathroom, and helpful front desk staff.
Would have offered 5 stars, though we decided one night to try their restaurant and found it to be very expensive (double charge on seating by canal) with underwhelming dishes, particularly pasta, and portions.
Outstanding hotel and staff though there are better restaurants for this location.
Amazing hotel just next to the entry of the Grand Canal. Best rooms face the canal and have you can enjoy the sounds of the water, boats, and birds when you opent the windows.
