Great hotel in Venice. It is so authentic that in some way you feel like a real traveler in a city crowded with tourists.

There are no international adapter in the hotel. And only one single ironing machine to be shared among the hotel guests. I need to leave for my meeting and neither my iPhone is charged nor my clothes are ironed.
PLUS! The room is full of flies and insects!
Worst service I’ve ever witnessed in my entire existence on planet earth. Flies and insects all over the room. Staff are rude. No electrical adapters. No ironing machines. Interior design is so scary! They don’t even deserve one star. I ordered eggs and they arrived very COLD
