Beautiful hotel in a wonderful part of town. Upscale shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and retailers are just a short walk away! They offer a large breakfast buffet with fresh juice, warm foods, many types of breads and a coffee machine as well as American coffee. Because I am traveling with my friend, they switched our room to one with more space! We have a large window that opens to allow in light and fresh air. The staff is very helpful and there’s even a small bar on the main floor. Great accommodation and amazing location!

We stayed here on the 13th November on our journey back to the UK from Spain. Whilst this was in lockdown the staff were brilliant and the room lovely. Lyon, from what we saw from the car, looked lovely. This hotel and Lyon are on the list for a revisit next year.
No room service 🙁 they also don’t care about your Accor Group Status …. no welcome drink no room upgrade points missing not at the Accor standard… they should have a customer experience orentiation would be appreciated. Even more during business trip
