Hotel Le Roosevelt Lyon Comments

  1. Simple hotel near centre and metro. Very close there are carrefour, paul and brioches dorée

  2. You get what you pay for. Not too much to complain about, accommodating staff but the rooms are not super nice.

  3. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. I had a pleasant stay but it wasn’t outstanding. Sadly I didn’t get to enjoy the gym but it was a nice perk to have access to it.

  4. Your reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay!

  5. Nice Hotel, not belonging to the big chains, and you can feel the difference. The breakfast was OK but not a wide choice for a lactose intolerant like me. Anyway, this is a problem anywhere in France, where large majority of dishes are containing dairy products, or cooked with butter.

  6. Warm welcome, very friendly staff, clean and new rooms, good value for money, hotel in a great location (close to Perrache train station and metro station in front of the hotel).

  7. Unfortunately had to cancel the reservation due to the lockdown in france. Excellent customer service by the front desk staff for making this as seemless as possible and working with the difficult third party booking. Next time will book directly with the hotel.
