I did not stay bt cancelled a booking. In Agoda it said free cancellation bt my card was charged immediately. Then I found out the zen charges cards from certain countries (I have no clue why wen other hotels are OK). They say they wud process in 5 working days bt its been 16 days and they have yet to process mine. So really be careful. Book here only if ur sure.
