Stayed in the great room and the service here is excellent!
Hotel is in the middle of a great location with many good food in the vicinity
Only thing i did not like is that they dont have a wardrobe/ironing board for a 4 star hotel.
They have a very good burger bar downstairs which i frequent, love the number 2 burger and their onion rings
The Logo mark “G” is good to recognize the place.
Interior is cool, stylish.
The staff uniform is also fancy. Good atmosphere totally.
I visited twice.
The room is clean and fashionable but a little inconvenient with facility.
Shower room is small and it will be better that some renovation.
Price and location is good, so I recommend you take higher rank room to get wide space and better shower room.
Found stains on the bedsheet and the mattress is way too soft. Hope the hotel can improve the hygiene standard, considering it is a 4 star hotel. Also, disappointed that there is no mini fridge in the hotel room. One good point about the hotel room is that it is very spacious.
Very attention staffs. Clean and modern hotel.
Room do not have fridge. Room size suit for couple. If bigger family might need to look at their room options.
I spend 2 days with breakfast included. Due to heighten restrictions, only dine in room available. Food is fresh and tasty. Hotel is near all alot of attractions, some of the attractions are Singapore National Museum and Fort Canning. All are just around the corner.
