Location, location, location. Right in the city center, close to all touristic and shopping areas, it is just perfect for holidays and vacations. Not really for business, since traffic is a problem. Rooms are comfortable and quiet even if I was on the second floor on the avenue. It is a traditional hotel, some could find it a little outdated.
Amazing hotel and was very lucky to be staying here for work. This was one of the best iconic hotels I’ve ever been. We had an ocean view with balcony. Excellent service. Very pricey but well worth it. service, cleanliness – everything was at the 5 star level that one would expect from such a hotel. I could rate 6 if that was possible! I highly recommend anyone who has the opportunity to visit this iconic hotel.
Great location, right at the Gran Via!! The view never gets old. Rooms are spacious and clean. The rooftop bar is just amazing, with a refreshing pool. The breakfast could be better, it is okay but I expected more for a 4-star hotel.
The facilities are ok and the pool was beautiful but the service was just terrible. We were at the rooftop pool and just wanted relax and a female service staff told us we couldn’t stay there and here and everybody were turned away from the pool because there was a conference hold in the hotel..
