Hotel Bienvenue Paris Comments

  1. Lovely hotel that is very well located! Clean, simple rooms that are tastefully decorated. The highlight was Alejandro, who tends to the front desk and practically everything else. He was kind, funny and extremely helpful. I would stay again!

  2. I stayed at Hotel Bienvenue for three nights and had a wonderful stay. First and foremost I found the staff so welcoming and accommodating, especially Natalie. She is the best! My boyfriend became sick and she was so amazingly helpful in making a doctor’s appointment for him and explaining French doctor’s protocol and payment to us Americans. She was even willing to check her own doctor’s availability since we needed something pretty immediately. On top of that, our flight was cancelled so we ended up needing to book an extra night at the hotel. While we did have to move from our original room (the privileged room, as it was booked by someone else) Natalie got us into another room very quickly and seamlessly so my boyfriend could continue to rest. She also made a great dinner suggestion for us via UberEats since we ended up having to stay in. We ordered dinner to the hotel lobby desk and it couldn’t have been easier.

We stayed in room 505 (privilege room) for two nights and room 12 across the courtyard for one night. The first room was a smaller bedroom with a very large and comfortable bathroom (two sinks, shower with bench and a tub! The tub was amazing!) The second room had a smaller bathroom but the room itself was larger. Both and comfy beds and great shower water pressure. The daily tea was lovely.

I care about design details and this hotel is really beautiful. Exactly what’d you think of Parisian charm. I loved the floral accents everywhere. It was all tasteful with a little quirkiness too. The hotel is a renovated older building, so yes the walls are thin, doors are loud and there may be little marks here and there or grout that needs replacing but c’est la vie. The tiny Parisian elevator was fun and kind of hilarious! Location is good and close to the Cadet metro station. We loved exploring Rue des Martyrs with great boutiques and restaurants. Would definitely book at Hotel Bienvenue again! Thank you for a great visit!

  3. Really lovely hotel, delicate design and clean lovely rooms, really friendly helpful staff

  4. Personally I prefer these types of hotels over any 5-star, luxury ones. If you really want to be apart of that french feeling you see on movies, I 100% recommend coming here, everything about this place is aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. ( Excuse the not so good quality picture, it’s the only one I’ve taken:) )
The only thing I’d improve is the locks on the doors because I wasn’t so sure if I closed mine properly but maybe it’s just me.:)
