Staff was extremely accommodating especially for my recent stay 18/5. Despite being alone she head over to my room to deliver breakfast instead of me making gesture to go down and collect. What she did was extra mile and very accommodating. Good job for that and definitely will come back again. Feels like home.
The receptionist were really nice , friendly and welcoming . They were 2 Malays (I assume) working on 22nd May 2021 about 2-3pm . Should really compliment them! They’re really professional and nice ! But the moment we entered the room, the room had a really really bad smell that we had to walk all around outside to find air freshener. There wernt any tissues except toilet rolls . Other than that it was fine !
Pros: Huge rooms with decent king sized bed, Powerful aircon, bathtub, prime location, decent price
Cons: Looks and feels dated, Squeaky doors, Patching works
Overall, for the price, i wont mind. Definitely not for fussy staycation goers expecting 5 star hotel stuff for less than $100
