We were transferred here from another hotel. We were not happy at first but the staff was so friendly and helpful, they made our stay extraordinary!

Lovely hotel sprawling a few buildings with characteristics. Excellent restaurant and relaxing areas in the heart of Madrid next to the Lungs.
I stay at this Hotel for 3 nights overall is one of my best Hotels I have booked in Madrid. The size of the room, cleaning, welcoming, service and location was outstanding, the staff was amazing starting from Mario, the checking in was very smooth he gave us upgrade room. I face some issue in Madrid, and with out supporting Julio, Beatriz and Ilia, With me I could get confused and my situation my get mor complicated. They were amazing, professional very polite and very friendly in there work. Theses three were amazing I wish all the best for them and they deserve more. I love this hotel for providing excellent staff and excellent customer service.
