It was a first-class hotel! Great interior, very good music selection and big portions of delicious food not to mention the excellent front desk guy house customer service. Highly recommended for both meetings with friends as well. What a great place for some amazing business deals. I am a 100% contented customer here! Kudos!
Update: After speaking with Michael about my issues this weekend, he apologized and forwarded my concerns to the General Manager, Alex. Immediately, my problems were rectified and I even enjoyed a lovely conversation amongst the gentlemen about all the amenities they hope to have back once the pandemic ends. I truly appreciate the urgency and customer service that these two have displayed today. Now that I’ve met the GM, I may try to come back next summer.
I’m glad I didn’t listen to all the negative reviews. I stayed here for one night and it was great. The room is big and clean, the water pressure was fine, the front desk staff could be better trained but they were pleasant. Yes the pool is broken. From reading other reviews it sounds like an ongoing issue. And due to the coronavirus there was no hot breakfast, but that’s been the case at every hotel I’ve stayed at during the pandemic. If you were looking for a affordable and convenient place to stay in the area, you have found it.
