Homewood Suites By Hilton Las Vegas City Center Comments

  1. One of the most relaxing stays I have had at a hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating through every aspect of the stay. Facility was very clean and modern. Room has everything you need including full size fridge, dishes, and microwave. Very quiet. Close enough to the strip you can walk across the highway bridge to the Aria casino area. Loved that they had hot breakfast items that the staff served you! Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but looked wonderful! Would stay here again.

  2. The people working so friendly always asking what they could do for you. Luis was great. The room was immaculate and it’s really close to the strip but not so close that traffic and crowds aren’t a bother. I will stay here again with my family. I believe the breakfast wasn’t all that but I expect the pandemic had more to do with that. If you don’t want to worry about your room come here.

  3. We stayed at this hotel on July 1-2, and received the room we reserved (accessible room with tub). We have 2 small children and my husband currently is using a knee scooter as his ankle is broken and in a boot. When we returned at the end of our trip to stay one night (July 6), we also reserved an accessible room with a tub, as we need the space and tub for our children. When we arrived and checked in, we had been moved to a standard 1 king non-smoking room with NO TUB. We were basically told “too bad so sad,” there are no accessible rooms available. We proceeded to our room, and were very disappointed with the lack of space and NO TUB that the previous room had. I spoke with the Asst GM, and again, he said there were no accessible rooms available even though that is what we reserved. He told me that someone in an accessible room had decided to extend their stay, so there was now no room available for us. The other guest *should* have been told that they could NOT extend (at least in that room) because it was already reserved for the night. Also, we did not receive a call or any sort of warning about the change – if we had been contacted, we would have moved to a sister hotel or somewhere else that could meet our needs. We will never stay in this hotel again, and will be hesitant to stay in a Hilton property at all. By the way, we are Hilton Honors Gold Members. This was a very unpleasant way to end our Nevada trip. There are SO many other hotels we could have stayed at that would have met or exceeded our expectations had we been notified of this change. It was unacceptable. The Asst GM offered us points (unspecified amount), but as of this message, they are not posted. Very very disappointed Gold member.
