I loved my stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Brickell. I stayed here for 8 days. The check in was smooth and while booking and before check in I had requested for a room with balcony and I was upgraded to that. The room was clean and COVID19 protocols are being followed to the T. Amongst the amenities in the room, we had a microwave and coffee maker and the coffee pods, were easily available from the reception. We did order in, a couple of days, and the microwave came in handy. The reception staff, was extremely cooperative. The property is beautiful, I loved the pool and gym, used both during the stay. It is at an amazing location, very close to key areas in Miami. If you are driving, they offer you free parking. All in all a good stay!
Over all we had a great stay. The front desk staff was always super helpful and kind! My 3 complaints were the lack of vegetarian breakfast options in their packed breakfast, the hotel was not very close to any attractions so without a car it was difficult to get around (which is partly on us for bad planning) and the pillows were a bit flat so both my husband and I had to stack and use multiple pillows. Overall though we had a great experience and would likely stay here again! We were even here during spring break and overall had a great experience!
Brian and Sierra were very kind and excellent host, they were the best part of our stay. House keeping was very helpful and kind as well. The hotel was in decent condition, clean and the location was quiet for downtown Miami. I recommend this hotel if your in town for business or medical reasons and need peace and quiet while being close to medical / business points of interest.
The staff was excellent, everyone were so friendly & caring. The hotel was so nice & clean! There was no breakfast because of covid but there were restaurants that we visited for breakfast & other meals.
